After a 32-year career across all hierarchical levels at Toyota, BMW, VW and Opel, Ulrich has made that part of his profession his focus, which has always been a matter close to his heart: the development and release of personal potential with the aim of opening up new paths and options for action. Ulrich's supplementary training as a systemic coach at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel rounds off these years of practice professionally.
Ulrich brings his broad wealth of experience in successfully overcoming the most difficult tasks and crises to his work in a special way. Because Ulrich "likes people", he cultivates friendships and networks with personal commitment and pleasure.
As a Germanist, he has never lost his passion for literature and loves to read old and new works of world literature. Ulrich speaks English and German and has a basic knowledge of French, Japanese and Spanish.
