The success of coaching depends on three factors: The client’s will to promote a co-creative benefit, a clear and proven architecture of the process, and the individual traits of each of the coaches involved in the process:
- Integrity, courage and cognitive clarity
- Active listening and challenging questioning
- Precision in the identification and development of relevant fields of action
- Unprejudiced perception
- Knowledge and deep understanding of different (organizational) cultures
constitute a solid basis for a qualified method-based implementation of the coaching process to the satisfaction of those involved. Different occupational training and horizons of experience optimally complement the talents and skills in method.
